Bookkeeping Set-up
Set-up of a new QuickBooks Online, Xero or transition of QuickBooks Desktop data into a new QuickBooks Online or Xero file and creation of a customized chart of accounts solution.
This is a one time service and can be paired with monthly ongoing bookkeeping services.

Full Year Bookkeeping Clean-up
Project based work to catch up on bookkeeping that is behind to provide financial statements.
This work offers the full support of a bookkeeper to catch up on your financials. We start by collecting all the data we need to get the accounting completed efficiently and accurately for your financial reporting needs. By the end of our collaboration, you will financials in hand, and available for your CPA to file. Perfect for those in a bind who need to have financials available to apply for a loan, refinancing, or to file back taxes.
Note: Daily bookkeeping may take more than one day depending on the volume of transactions, amount of clean-up needed, and the items provided.
Ongoing Bookkeeping Support
Ongoing bookkeeping support completed on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. Tasks we can assist with include: creating a new bookkeeping system, reconciling accounts, payroll reconciliation and assistance, A/R and A/P management, creating internal procedures for the business to run smoothly and more. We are best suited for serving individuals and small business owners with a gross profit of $250,000 to up to five million per year. We offer interim support services for those in a bind who need temporary bookkeeping support while your current bookkeeper is on leave. We can jump right in and keep your accounting on track.

A review of your bookkeeping file with recommendations on how to improve the file. Best for business owners and individuals who have been in a DIY mode of bookkeeping and could use additional support.
One on One Teaching via Zoom
For clients who would like to make a smaller investment to support their business moving forward and create a good system with best practices for recording income and expenses.
Interim Support
Assistance on an as needed or temporary basis while you find a permanent replacement so your cash flow doesn’t run into any problems.
On Collaborating with a Remote Bookkeeper
Our rates for monthly clients start at $650* per month and we strive to work with clients who no longer want to be in the cycle of last minute tax filing stress and worry and are seeking to collaborate for support.
Keep in mind that there is still effort needed on your part to run your business as it is still your business and not ours. We ask that clients set aside half an hour per month (or 2 hours per quarter) to respond to our questions we send regarding your file to make corrections and updates for accuracy.
We are accurate, communicative, and collaborative on of the status of your file, offering reports on an as-needed basis.
